Castleman disease (CD) is a rare group of lymphoproliferative disorders that can be associated with systemic inflammation, immune dysregulation, and, in some cases, multi-organ dysfunction. Despite advances in understanding the disease, Castleman disease remains underdiagnosed and understudied, underscoring the need for collaborative research efforts, improved diagnostic tools, and educational initiatives to support better patient outcomes. Through the development of educational resources, we aim to advance the understanding, diagnosis, and management of Castleman disease.
